Mutual Information Exchange
We will organize 3 educational sessions of mutual information exchange. Please feel free to apply for an informal 15 minutes report about a BACnet related subject that is relevant and you feel that it should be discussed. If there are more than 3 applications, we reserve the right of a selection.


Nondisclosure Agreement
Each attendee of BIG-EU Plugfest 2019 is required to enter into a Nondisclosure Agreement as a condition of attendance. The following constitutes the required Nondisclosure Agreement. Please read carefully, as by signing below, you have indicated your assent to these terms and intend to be bound hereto.

The purpose of the workshop is to identify interoperability problems in BACnet products and the BACnet Standard, and this requires an environment in which the participants feel comfortable discussing product functionality. Many participants will bring unreleased products, and other participants are expected to respect their privacy. All participants agree to keep confidential for a period of one year any information about other companies' products obtained primarily as a result of their participation in the workshop. The BTL will collect information on interoperability problems identified during the Workshop, and that information may be discussed among the participants in the BTL's testing activities for purposes that are consistent with the charter of the BTL. All participants agree that the Workshop is not a forum for discussions related to sales, marketing, business development, distribution, or any related matters.

The attendees of BIG-EU Plugfest 2019 intend to participate in an Interoperability Workshop and in furtherance of the testing of BACnet devices and products. You agree that, as an attendee, you will not disclose any results of any interoperability tests conducted during BIG-EU Plugfest 2019 or any knowledge gained during BIG-EU Plugfest 2018 of another attendee's implementations.

  • Please get in contact with your financial department before your online registration to check if you need to generate an order with PO#
  • Participants/Companies from countries outside Germany, based in the EU can enter a VAT ID number. With this the tax liability is up to the recipient in his country (Reverse Charge Procedure).
  • Participants/Companies from countries outside the EU have to pay registration fee without German VAT.
  • A payment by credit card is not possible, sorry.
  • Once the pairings have been determined, cancellations can lead to critical situations for other participants, and in the best-case scenario, the technical organisation will incur considerable expense. Therefore, it is expected that a substitute participant will be named. Should a registration be cancelled completely before 26.03.2019, an administration fee of 100,00 € will be charged. In case of cancellations after 26.03.2019, half of the registration fee will be refunded. In case of cancellations after 09.04.2019, the full participation fee is due.
